CoreStones are an innovative tool for massage therapists. Made of a unique soapstone, CoreStones are sold throughout the US and Canada and are used by thousands of professionals including 6 NFL teams.
The Project
CoreStones needed a refreshed site to showcase their products while also being able to handle the complexities of eCommerce. A unified inventory management system as well as a streamlined order process, on both the front and backend, to simplify order fulfillment were also needed.
The Result
A full-refreshed site was launched with new, engaging high quality imagery, a unified voice across the site, and fully built out pages for both pre-sale engagement and post-sale support. The site was built from the ground up on a user-friendly CMS to allow for easy changes in the future.
A robust eCommerce solution was deployed that allows for seamless ordering, payment processing, and order fulfillment. The solution was tailored to allow for the various products they sell including physical products and the associated shipping logistics, and digital products and the associated fulfillment of these post-sale.
Launched in mid-2015, the site continues to see increases in visitors and overall sales.
